Worker knowledge can be defined as all workers having an understanding of the nature of the operations of the organisation relative to their role in it & the hazards & risks associated with those operations. All workers & contractors must have the knowledge they need to stay safe & healthy at work. 

‘Workers’ includes employees, contractors, subcontractors, labour-hire workers, apprentices, trainees & volunteer workers
