You can see every change made to your Maturity Assessment over time, including the level change and who made it. You can filter by date and export the list.

How to view changes made to your Maturity Assessment:

1. From the Index Dashboard, scroll down to the Change over time graph.
2. Click on one of the dots, which indicate when a change was made.
3. Review the list of changes.

 If required from you can alter the date range to see changes for a certain period. All changes can then be exported if requried.
