Within the Performance Console you can export reporting data outside of the system, you can do this in bulk or individually. This guide will take you through how to do this in bulk and has some useful tips and links at the end of the document.

In your Safe365 account you can have as many checklists as you like. If you don't use the checklist often, you might want to deactivate it. This means it isn't available for users on their mobile phone, and then you can reactivate it when it's ready to be used. All reports sent into your Safe365 Performance Dashboard can be downloaded as a PDF directly from the system. This allows you to download the reports from the system and can be sent to individuals who are not connected to your Safe365 account to view.
Once you've created a checklist on the web-console you can download a QR code for the checklist. When scanned on the Safe365 mobile app, the selected checklist will automatically pop up on the users mobile app.
Within the Safe365 mobile app you can report safety observations. Here you can select from users who completed this with you. Like the other functionalities on the Safe365 app, this will automatically connect to your web-console.
To receive data from Contractors you need to generate a code in your system and share this with them. Once the code is shared the contractor will set up their account in the system and input the code generated.
Once you've completed the Safe365 Maturity Assessment the system provides you with resources to help you improve your Health and Safety Capability and Culture over time.
If you are an Administrator or Standard User in Safe365 you can make changes to your organisation profile when needed.
Once you've viewed the recorded incident and completed any follow up actions you can close your incident report in the system. This allows you to keep track of reports that have been completed and reports that are still open.
Across all the reporting types you can upload documents to the report. This could be following on from the investigation or other steps that occurred after the report was completed on the Safe365 mobile application.
Safe365's Action feature is available throughout the entire platform. When investigating an Incident Report you may find some follow up Actions need to be taken, this feature will allow you to notify other Users in your Safe365 account to complete tasks.
If you already have a Safe365 subscription or free trial you can then add Qualify365 into the same account so everything is in the same place. The steps below will you show you how to this when you've already signed into Safe365 online.
You can set up Actions within your Safe365 Maturity Assessment, these could be reminders or tasks. These Actions can also be assigned to other Users in the Safe365 account. All reports produced through the Safe365 mobile app can be archived inside the Performance Dashboard. These reports can be archived once they have been Closed/Completed inside the report and is a good way to keep your Safe365 Performance Dashboard up to date with the recent reports. Once you've Close/Completed your reports in the Safe365 Dashboard there is an option to Archive Reports. This is a good way to filter out reports which have already been viewed and closed. When you are in your Free Trial you can start your Subscription at any time and select your preferred payment method.
If you have multiple accounts, you don't have to create checklists in every account. If you are a User across these accounts you can share an already created checklist across multiple accounts.
