If you need to update your billing email, this can be done from your Organisation Profile.

 

  1. Click into the Admin Menu, top right.
  2. Click 'Organisation Profile'.
  3. Enter the new billing email. Note multiple email address can be entered by separating with a semi colon (;).
  4. Click ‘Save’.

All invoices from that point on will go through to the new email address.
