If you are an Administrator in Safe365, you can update the credit card used for your subscription at any time. Have your new card details ready.
To Update your Credit Card:
- Click into the Admin Menu, top right under your name.
- Click ‘Subscription & Billing’.
- Click ‘Modify Payment Info’.
- Enter the new card details.
- Click ‘Update Payment Info’.
Note: The payment method is per subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to update them all. You can select your subscriptions from the left-hand menu when in ‘Subscription & Billing’.
