Making Changes to Safety Index Answers

As you move through your strategic plans, you will need to update the responses to your assessment questions. This can be done at any stage.
To make changes to the Safety Index:
- Select the element you wish to change.
- Select the rater that now applies.
- Add a note explaining why you have moved the rater.
- Upload any supporting evidence.
Note: The Safety Index will automatically recalculate.
