We are continually updating Safe365 based on feedback and the evolving needs of our customers.
Below is an overview of our major updates.
March 2026
AI‑Generated Executive Summaries
We’re introducing AI‑generated executive summaries into Safe365 which are designed to help teams quickly understand assessment results and confidently identify what matters most.
The summaries sit at the Assessment level, but also for each module within Safe365.
These summaries translate complex assessment data into clear, executive‑ready narratives, highlighting:
- The current state of safety culture
- Key strengths and priority focus areas
- Where attention is most needed next and why
This feature focuses on reducing overwhelm and helping organisations move from results to meaningful discussion.
AI‑generated executive summaries provide a structured foundation for guided improvement, making it easier for leaders and teams to align on priorities before deciding how to act.
Element‑Level Guidance to Support Improvement
Alongside executive summaries, Safe365 now includes element‑level guidance to help teams understand how to progress specific elements to the next level of maturity.
This guidance provides:
- Practical, plain‑language explanations of what improvement looks like for each element
- Direction on what steps are needed to increase an elements rating
- A consistent reference point teams can return to as they plan and track improvement
Together, with executive summaries, this creates a clearer bridge between understanding results and deciding what to do next.

Assessment Notifications
Along with the new AI features, we have also added new functionality to set notifications for when changes are made to your Safety Culture Assessment. This means executives or management can be alerted when those charged with implementing changes are doing so. This also includes a monthly washup of all changes, whether any were made or not.

Workforce Connect Executive Summary
Workforce connect/the Performance Dashboard has also received its own new Executive Summary to help bring to life insights from all the data coming in from teams reporting using the Safe365 app or Web for reporting health and safety matters.
This guidance provides:
- An overview and breakdown of the submitted reports in a given period
- Insights into reports, that is ready to be used in your regular reporting
- Recommended interventions, based off all the data collected
This gives a full overview of all the reports in one place to extract those hidden trends or just the best place to start.

- Keyword search has been upgraded to include Submitted By
AI Chat - Ask Your Data
We’ve introduced a new AI Chat window across Safe365, giving users the ability to ask direct questions about their data — securely, in context, and in plain language.
What It Does
Allows users to chat directly with their Safe365 data
Provides recommended prompts based on the page or module being viewed
Supports free‑text questions tailored to the user’s needs
Works across the entire platform, including Safety Culture and Workforce Connect
Why This Is Useful
Users no longer need to export data or rely on external tools to interpret results. The AI Chat window enables faster understanding, better prioritisation, and more confident decisions, all while keeping sensitive information inside Safe365.

API Token Expiry
We have lengthened the expiry of our API token to 180 days. This means a lot less renewing required to complete reporting. Tokens can also be revoked at any time by Admins.

Safe365 Assessment Report
- The Safe365 Starburst now shows on the assessment report. This makes sharing the impact of the Starburst much easier.
Benchmarking
- Benchmark Data - We now have benchmarking data showing on the change over time graph. This gives you insight into the average Safety Culture Maturity Index for both All Organisations, as well as the Industry you are in. The industry you are benchmarked with is the Industry Level 1 from your Organisation Profile.
- This benchmark data also shows on the Assessment Report as part of the report upgrades.
Workforce Connect
- Report Status in Exports: When exporting report data from Workforce Connect, the status of each report now shows. This will help doing those monthly reports and identifying reports that are still open vs closed.
And as always, there have been a few bug fixes to round out 2025.
October 2025
Workforce Connect
- Checklists in the Web: This feature is available to all users of Safe365, ensuring parity of functionality with the Safe365 mobile app when accessing Safe365 through a web browser.
This finishes a project of work to being the full parity between the Safe365 App and Web for submitting reports. All staff are able to choose between using the Safe365 App or their PC for submitting any reports required of them through Safe365.
You can preview how this looks here - Submit a Checklist from the Web (Worker) - Safe365
Safety Culture
- Safety Index Usage Notifications: Usage notifications can now be set which offer greater visibility over changes going on within your organisation. These can be set to send an overview of changes that have been made within the Safety Culture assessment at regular intervals.
If you would benefit from this, please reach out to support@safe365global.com to have this set up.
Administration
- Removing a User with Assigned Actions: Functionality has been added during removing a user to Reassign or Close any open Actions. This eases the process for managing Actions when removing users.
Enterprise Connect
- Enterprise Connect will default to being enabled, meaning that for all new users to Enterprise connect, this is on by default, not needing to turn on.
Contractor Connect
- There has been a fix implemented for notifications being triggered off past prequalification's. This has been amended to only trigger of the current main prequalification certificate.
Actions
- Linking Checklists to an Action now pulls through all available and active checklists.
And other bug fixes.

Workforce Connect
- Submitting reports from the Web: All users, Administrators and Workers, can submit Incident, Hazard, and Safety Reports from the web. This brings the Web instance more in line with the mobile app for getting data to the H&S team.
- Worker Role View and Access Submitted Reports: Users on the Worker Role can now log into the Web and view all their submitted reports in the new Worker Dashboard. This means those users can access reports at a later stage as a reference.
