Examples of What You Can Ask Include: Why It Matters

Safe365’s new AI Chat capability gives users a powerful new way to explore, understand, and act on you Safe365 data, simply by asking questions in plain language.


Embedded directly within the Safe365 platform, the chat window allows users to query their own data, in context, without exporting information or sharing sensitive details in external tools. The result is faster insight, better decision‑making, and more confident action.


How it Works
The AI Chat window is available in the bottom right, throughout Safe365 and adapts to where the user is working. It provides:

  • Context‑aware suggested prompts based on the page or module being viewed
  • The ability to ask any free‑text question about your data
  • Immediate, data‑driven responses drawn only from your Safe365 environment

Because the chat is built into Safe365, users can safely ask questions about sensitive operational, workforce, and incident data without copying or pasting information into external AI tools.
 

Examples of What You Can Ask Include:

Safety Culture & Insights

  • What is my lowest scoring element?
  • Which element should I focus on next?
  • What areas in the starburst need the most improvement?

Workforce Connect & Operational Data

  • Which open risk has the highest Risk Score?
  • How many injury incidents have I had this month?
  • What was Staff Member X’s last report?

 

Why It Matters

AI Chat removes friction between data and understanding. Instead of navigating multiple dashboards or exporting reports. Users can now get answers instantly and explore “why” and “what next,” not just “what”, and unlock value from data they already collect.

This supports Safe365’s broader goal of self‑sufficiency and enabling organisations to interpret insights, prioritise action, and demonstrate improvement without needing specialist support.

 

 

 

Safe365's Smart Features are powered by our own private Azure OpenAI instance hosted securely in our secure Microsoft Azure cloud environment, managed by Safe365. Your data is never shared with third parties, and none of your data is used to train or improve any AI models. All interactions remain within our secure environment, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of your organisation's information at all times.
