Once you've Close/Completed your reports in the Safe365 Dashboard there is an option to Archive Reports. This is a good way to filter out reports which have already been viewed and closed. 


How to Archive Checklist Reports:

  1. Navigate to the Performance Dashboard.
  2. Click into the Checklist.
  3. On the Report you want to Archive, click ‘Options’,
  4. Click ‘Archive’.

Note - A Checklist Report must be marked as ‘Closed/Complete’ before it can be Archived.
