As your insurance certificates expire, these need to be updated within your Qualify365 profile. These certificates are what are used within the Totika report.

Update your Insurance Certificates in Qualify365:

1. Click into the Admin Menu, top right under your name.
2. Click ‘Organisation Profile’.
3. From the left-hand menu, click ‘Qualify365 Profile’.
4. Scroll to the bottom and update the dates/insurance types and upload new documents.
5. Click ‘Save’.
