How to set up Notifications in the Performance Console

The system allows you to set up notifications for different reports submitted through the Safe365 Smartphone App.
To ensure you notify the right people for the right report, this is set up by report type.
Old Staff Receiving Emails?
A reminder also that if you are receiving notification to a email address for a previous staff member, it may be worth checking that their email address is not still set up to receive notifications.
Set Up, or check Workforce Connect Notifications:
- Click into the ‘Performance Dashboard’.
- In the Left Hand menu, select ‘Settings’.
- For each of the report types, enter email address for who needs to be notified. Email address should be separated by a semicolon (;).
- Click ‘Save’.
Note - Checklist have their own settings for notifications within the Checklist Editor. Setting notifications here will mean notifying for every submitted checklist.
