How to access, view and download Contractors certifications they have uploaded to their Contractor Connect Profile.
Both Client and Contractor can upload files that are shared between the two. From here files can be downloaded for review. This could be anything from SSSPs to copies of work certificates. Files can be accessed by both sides and then they can be approved (where required).
Any report can be deleted by an Administrator within Safe365. Deleting a report is final and cannot be undone, so consider Archiving first - Archiving Reports in Safe365
Safe365's Action feature is available throughout the entire platform. When investigating an Hazard Report you may find some follow up Actions need to be taken. This feature will allow you to notify other Users in your Safe365 account to complete tasks.
